CEBRINATUR, A BRAND CEBRIPAST

Cebripast was created with the objective to develop, produce and market a pastry line in a healthier side, with 100 % of flavor, no sugar, no saturated and hydrogenated fats, and synthetic sweeteners or preservatives.

MISSION AND VISION

Offer an innovative product so far unavailable on the market. Satisfy the craving for pastries without jeopardizing their health. Provide consumers who have habits and / or healthy consumption needs the ability to purchase pastries unsweetened and saturated fats, ie, low-calorie, maintaining the texture, the look and the traditional flavors.

WE ARE DIFFERENT

Our products are free from preservatives and synthetic sweeteners, and more than 50% of the ingredients are from biological origin, and contribute to the control of body weight, and may also be consumed by diabetics, as the glycemic index is set between 5.6% and 13% of inverted  sugar per 100g.

Formed in the School of Hotel and Restaurant Coimbra, has a professional experience of 22 years in the pastry sector and more than 2000 hours as a professional trainer in this sector, having collaborated with several organizations, including the Training School in Tourism and Hospitality Aveiro (EFTA).
